Go see a doctor just in case something is seriously wrong but next time you do annal sex do these things have (lube) and get a vibrator to stimulate your clitoris so then it wont be so painful and your mussels will relax. annal is not an easy thing or fun not unless your stimulated in the right areas.

Your back passage isn't actually made for sexual activity, so if you are going to have anal sex, make sure to use plenty of lube.
What's probably happened is you have a little tear on your anus. If it doesn't get better, stop the anal sex and go see your doctor, just to rule out any other problems.

Why do anal penetration when there's a perfectly designed love canal right next door? There are things such as condoms too? I don't understand...does anal really feel that good for the girl?
