I suffer from something called traumatic masturbatory syndrome (I hump bedding on my bed in missionary position). It has strengthened the nerves on my penis to the point that I cannot stimulate myself by hand.
Thus, my fear of erectile dysfunction is true. I was with a girl once but could not get it up, I tried my best to get it up, but the simple truth was it did not.
How do I get it up when I'm with a girl???

You can stop humping things for a while, when your nerve is not being affected for a while it will grow weaker. As for the erectile dysfunction problem, use viagra.
Give up your current masturbatury style, or, at least, cut it back. Just because you didn't get it up with this girl doesn't mean will this will happen again. Not getting it up once doesn't diagnose erectile dysfunction. Relax, relax, relax. . . she wasn't the right one and you had too many fears. By the way, who gave you the hideous diagnosis of traumatic masturbatory syndrome? Or, did you decide this yourself? I don't mean to minimize your concern/symptoms; I am just saying, try other methods to relax: aerobic exercise, meditate, etc. I know-sounds silly when you have a sex drive, just try to divert you sexual drive into other areas.

The disorder is caused by anxiety...stop doing this and stop masturbating. You can watch other people or girls and start noticing others. Maybe this might cause an erection....though dont start humping any park benches.
