Teixeira for Ubaldo and Hamels?

Some is offering me Teixeira for Ubaldo and Hamels.... what to do.

My current pitching staff is loaded with: Lincecum, Ubaldo, Hamels, Haren, Billingsley, Mariano Rivera, Kimbrel and Hellickson, and Jordan Zimmerman, not to mention Strasburg on the IR.

Hitters:
C - Suzuki
1B - Adam Lind/ Ike Davis
2B - Aaron Hill
3B - Zimmerman
SS - Hanley Ramirez / Stephen Drew
Outfield/Bench - Vernon Wells, Heyward, Quentin, Matsui, Dominic Brown, Dustin Ackley

Ike Davis looked decent as a rookie.

SO, is Teixeira a HUGE upgrade at first over Davis, at the cost of my #2 and #3 starting pitchers?

Oh, and I have Ian Desmond as a third SS... not sure why Yahoo gave me 3 shortstops. Oh well.

Yes you are weak at 1st - but Tex for 2 top P's is not worth it - i'd shop around your league for a better option.

i wouldnt do that, your pitching is really 'loaded'. Stay with what you have
