What did Kobe Bryant prove in the All-Star Game?

It really looked like Kobe wanted to prove something to everyone.
He was really competing at 100% while everyone else was at about 80%. He wanted to make a statement. He doesn't even practice with his Lakers team, but went all out in a game that meant nothing.

What is he trying to prove?

1) He has not lost a step?
2) He is still as selfish as ever?
3) He was the only one trying to win the MVP?
4) He wasn't trying to prove anything?
5) That's just the way he plays.

2 and 3. IDK why he was so serious like full court pressure on LeBron in the 1st quarter, he definitely was trying to prove something.

I am going to go with 4 and 5. Kobe has nothing left to prove because he has done it all. We wanted to win and played harder then some of the other guys. I kept saying that Howard should have been taken out of the game if not for the fact that it was an all-star game. The guy was not playing D at all, not once did he challenge a shot. I understand why he was playing soft, but if Howard is not playing D and he is taking 3 pointers then he is not worth a dam.

Point is that Kobe wanted to win because that is his personality and he had a great night.

first of all, Kobe is the wonderful participant in the NBA, and he performs in a harder convention. 2d, he isn't any doubt one in each and every of the wonderful scorers and between the wonderful defenders in the league. The 12 months that Dwyane Wade had Odom, supply, and Butler they have been years youthful, and that they have been in a weaker convention. Plus Kobe has 3 championships and D-wade in simple terms has one. The 12 months that the Pistons beat the the Lakers; Kobe did all he ought to to attempt and win the sequence. He replaced into getting doubled and tripled group every time he touched the ball. As I bear in mind he hit a buzzer beater to win the 2d sport of the sequence, and that shot replaced into contested; additionally, it replaced right into a fade-a-way 3 pointer. Now the Christmas sport D-wade did out shine Kobe, yet that the place my compliment for him stops. I recommend he's an excellent participant an all, yet he does not carry to the the table what Kobe does.

Kobe Bryant is proving that no matter what is at stake, you should have a competitive mentality, I rather have players who wants to be the best that they could be, rather than players that are not motivated, or does not challenge their self.
