I have a friend that does that. I think they do that because of low self-esteem, attention, self indulgence, and generally because they feel that they have to be manipulative to get what they want. It's not weird that you don't like these types of girls. Any sane person would hate them too.

Being a girl, I hate sluts. You know, guys play the same game though. Some guys flirt with every girl they see. It's annoying.
