Can you take an IV certification course?

I was in the military and now I am a wilderness first responder. I know how to give IVs already but I would like to get certified to give them. Is that possible as a civilian not in the medical field?

Not really. You could look into becoming a wilderness EMT. Depending on the state, they might be able to start IVs.
