Is there any new devices that would be similar to the JVC KD-NX5000?

I know the JVC KD-NX5000 is old now and wanted to know what would be comparable to it or better that does all the same things. I want something like the JVC KD-NX5000 and not a flip up screen. Something that is newer and does everything that this radio did.

There is actually several new versions in the same line up. Just do a google search for Kamilian. The newest iteration has navigation built it.
