The best way to think of these sort of questions is by logic deduction, so, assume it gets light at 07:00 (or whatever time you wish). Lets say that this is today. Now tomorrow we advance the clocks by 1 hour so it will get light tomorrow at about 08:00 instead of 07:00 because we've put the clocks forward. So tomorrow at 07:00 it will still be dark. (Note that light/dark periods gradually change daily and continuously everywhere on Earth throughout each year. The equator remains fairly stable and at the poles its either always light or always dark depending on whether its summer or winter.)
