This is almost impossible to do as the statistics are based upon a weighted average and each person, as an individual, has a different mix of needs to overcome their individual issues.
When you start to promote options based upon generalities the individual, because of his unique issues, doesn't see specifically his issues and, therefore, ignores the message.
If you present it as a question - tick the box type scenario then you are likely to obtain a better result.
For example - Is your height between X and Y? Is your weight more than Z? Would you like a more healthy lifestyle? If you answered Yes to all three questions then give us a call. Etc, etc.
Once you have them hooked you can start using statistics to support your actions.
