I got my old ipod stollen a few months ago. I just got a new one. I was able to get my photos back, i jsut dont knwo how to restore my music or apps.
I have the same computer, and all my apps and songs are on my itunes.

If you have iTunes, which you probably do, then just connect your iPod touch to your iTunes library and sync it. No problem. :)

Plug the ipod in, real click on ints icon in my computing gadget, click innovations, then view, the scroll until you an determination asserting view hidden documents and folders. go returned to the ipod icon, double click it and additionally you need to work out your songs and video clips there :)

When you plug it in just restore it from the last backup
