What's wrong with my mystery snail?

A few months ago, I bought my mystery snail and put it in a 10gal tank with 3 neon tetras.  There were no issues, and he seemed to be fine.  About a week ago, I bought 3 GloFish, and that's when problems started.  I noticed that they were nipping at my snail, and that he started keeping his antennae in his shell (besides that he was acting normal).  A few days ago I saw that when he was tucked in his shell, the "door" of the shell didn't close tightly, and some of his body peeked out.  I know he's not dead because he's still moving around, but I'm not sure if he's getting enough to eat or if something is wrong with the water.  Please help! (I just checked the water, and the nitrate, nitrite and chlorine levels were low, and the pH was about a 7.5).

It seems like your problem is your new tank mates! In my 10 gal that is heavily planted and have a decenty live stock, I have 3 nerite snails and about 40-50 some odd red cherry shrimp ( up to max 150 in a 10 gal!!) and have YET to have a problem with aggression. But, when I had two myster snails they got picked on more than any snail I've had. I've preferred snails in deeper tanks so that there isn't a battle with the cleaners and the tank buddies. If you can, I'd return your glofish or relocate your poor snail :(

Thats not a good sign at all, he might have an injury coasing swelling.  Your tank is poorly stoack, both neons and glo fish need to be in scools of closer to 8, or they can both become fin nippers.  they are both active fish that should be in a 30 gallon tank at the minimum

they desire to play lifeless for some reason. Mine even floats around the incredible of the tank formerly letting the air bypass and dropping to the backside to discover. the only thank you to tell in the event that they are easily lifeless is exceptionally lots in the event that they fall out of their shells.

they usually feed off of leftover food and algae.  he should be fine.  if you're worried, add a pellet or two into the tank and hopefully he'll be able to nom on it.
