Cheap Bike Store In Toronto?

I am looking to buy a bike to get me from point A-B, preferably cheap as if it were to be stolen it wouldn't be a big deal. Does anyone know of a bike store that sells bikes for under $100 in Toronto?

The Bike Pirate on Bloor has some pretty cheap bikes. I wouldn't use things like craigslists since a good number of the bikes you find on there are stolen. Even if you decide to get a good bike, it's probably a good idea to scratch it up or something so that it looks like a piece of junk, bikes get stolen like mad in Toronto.

A new bike that cheap is going to be junk look for a good used shop quality bike.
