How to get powerpoint 2010 to play a song throughout the entire slideshow?

When I add a song to a powerpoint (in .wav format) it will play on that slide, but then once I go to the next slide it stops playing. How do I get it to play throughout the entire presentation nonstop?

You will need to set when the music stops in “Stop Playing” > “After number slides”, set the number as the last slide to enable the music to play across the whole PPT.
