What does it mean when a person keeps showing up in your dreams?

I havent been able to sleep for three days. I keep dreaming about this person that i know. I dont think I like this person, but idk.  Anyways, every time they show up, a few scenes later the dreams changes into a nightmare.  Its a very strange concept, and im just looking see what you guys think.

Maybe it's a person or a boss that makes life extremely stressful for you. Try to think of someone and find a way to tell them (politely now! XD) to be easier on you. If that doesn't work beat em up. :)
