How can I prevent someone from posting pictures to my desktop and Iphone?

There are 2 PCs in my home and 3 iphones. Somehow 2 pictures mysteriously appeared on my iphone and once on my PC. How does this happen?

well it could be you saving them and not remembering.

because the only other thing i can think of is someone having another account on your computer and when they save an image it goes to your account to.. but yeah..
