You really ought to look these up yourself, but I'm feeling charitable tonight so here goes:

1. State government. The Federal legislative body is called Congress.
2. Federal government. Members are appointed for life by President with consent of Senate,
3. State government. Elected separately from the Governor in most states.
4. Federal government. Two per state, serve six-year term.
5. State government. Elected by the voters of his/her district.
6. Federal government, all three departments
7. State government.
8. Federal government. President can be impeached by House of Representatives and tried by Senate. Has only been used twice in history of republic, President acquitted both times.
9. State government
10.Federal government. Vice president presides over senate, cannot vote except to break ties.
11, State government. Governor has no veto power over Federal laws.
12. Federal government President appoints, confirmed by senate,

The trouble with a good political joke is that it often gets elected.
The reason they call the governor's race a gubernatorial election is so many of them turn out to be goobers after they get in,
