What should I do with my fossil?

I found a fossil several years ago in Ohio, and I've just rediscovered it. I'd like to find out what it is, so where can I take it? Or if anyone has any insight on what it is, please let me know. I'd like to think it's some sort of tooth or claw, but it's hard to tell on the internet. I've provided pictures from a variety of angles. Thank you!

Based on the size of the tooth, the vertical groves and base, it looks like a phytosaur tooth. I do agree with the other responders that to find out more about it you should take it to a local museum or college.

It's definitely a tooth, probably a shark tooth
Just put is someplace nice you can display it, perhaps putting it in a frame and hanging it on a wall.

You could take it to a university or museum for more information. It isn't worth a whole lot. Keeping it and displaying it will probably be the best option

take it to a local museum or college

it has little or no scientific value since it has been removed from the place it was found and can not be dated or show any relationship to the ancient past

It is probably very common and makes an interesting "keepsake'
