I need to change my navel ring but its too early!!?

I just got my belly button pierced a little over a week ago, and its having a reaction to the ring i have in right now, i clean it with a natural sea salt soak twice a day, and i clean it with a non-scented antibacterial liquid soap in the shower, and i dont pulll on it or play with it so im doubtful its an infection? but i need to change it, any suggestions?

SAME ISSUE HERE.
My doctor told me to get any ointment with NEOMYCIN in it. Clean it with that twice a day, and peroxide three times a day. And i used the orange DIAL antibacterial soap in the shower. It is also almost required for you to play with your navel ring. Move it up and down and i twist mine, because when it starts to pus up, the ring will get stuck and its important you keep moving it.
