First of all, have you had your period? If the answer is yes then it does sound like UTI. Normally UTI's don't bleed. If they go on long enough with urethral inflamation, small tears can develop in the walls of the urethra ( the tube your urine comes out of). If it's been more than a few days and you are still bleeding you most probably need to be on antibiotics, as well as peridium, to help with pain. If you are stuck and can't get antibiotics without telling your folks then try the peridium as well as water and cranberry juice. You can get the peridium pills over-the-counter at any pharmacy. Don't be alarmed if you do take it,...it will turn the urine bright orange, but will help alot with the discomfort.
If this doesn't help after a few days you must get antibiotics perscribed for you. And one last thing,..even sexually inactive girls and women get UTI's. You should talk to your mom,...she will probably understand.

It does sound like you may have a UTI. You need to see a doctor to find out for sure. There are NO home remedies. UTI will NOT go away on its own, and drinking all of the water and cranberry juice in the world WILL NOT cure the infection. The ONLY way to cure the infection is to take a full course of antibiotics exactly as prescribed by a doctor. If left untreated, a UTI will spread and cause kidney damage and other serious problems.

Why don't you want to tell your mom? UTI is common in girls and women due to our anatomy, and can be caused by many things. UTI is not a sexually transmitted disease. Talk to your mom so that she can take you to the doctor. She will understand.

"I've never been involved in sex or anything like that." -- You don't need to have sex to contract a UTI. There are a lot of other ways to get one so tell your mother. You need her help with this.

"I've googled my sypmtoms and everything comes to UTI." -- Not quite everything. There are still a couple of conditions that have similar symptoms but that aren't UTIs. You may have a UTI but it still needs to be diagnosed with a urinalysis and urine culture.

"i've seen home remedie pages and can i just drink lots of water, drink cranberry juice ect. and it will go away?" -- Forget what you've seen. Do drink 2-3 liters of water each day. Don't drink cranberry juice (unless you happen to enjoy it) because if you have a UTI it's probably been caused by E. coli and this is an acid-resistant bacteria. Cranberry juice won't affect it. Sometimes UTIs resolve on their own but it's not worth getting pyeloneophritis (kidney infection) to find out that yours didn't resolve after all. Although you're on vacation, you need to be seen by a doctor. Your parents can work with your health insurance company to figure out where you can be taken.

Oh no, you need some antibiotics. Don't wait too long, the infection can spread to your kidneys if you wait too long... It's much more worth it to see a doctor and get what you need than to hide it from your mom. It doesn't take long, then you take antibiotics for about 3 days.

Not consuming adequate water. Having an excessive amount of sec or sec with anybody who has it. Holding ur pee. Being constipated. Wearing thongs. Go to the document and get on amoxicillin earlier than it spreads to ur kidneys.
