One day,I felt hot and cold at the same time and i was shaking randomly.Is this a disease or fever?

It was a disease, probably caused by some bacteria or virus. A fever was a symptom, which is why you felt hot. However, you also had the chills, which causes you to feel cold and shake in the process.
