There are a few way you can do it

Mr and Mrs John Smith, Jr is the proper way.

Mr John and Mrs Jane Smith
John and Jane Smith

Are you sure her name is the same as his? Not all married couples share the same last name.

Re the order of names, in the US, his name goes first, but in other cultures it is customary to put a woman's name first.

If you want to include both people's names, whether they are the same or different, you could address them as Hisname Lastname Suffix and Hername Lastname, so it would be John Smith Jr and Jane Smith, or John Smith Jr and Jane Doe.

It's antiquated but the man's name goes first. So they would be mr and mrs john and jane smith.
