If the shot is from a very weak bb airgun with pellets. If the shot is aimed at the leg and is non lethal, probobly not drawing any blood, but hurting like hell and leaving a few nasty bruises. If they are on my property and egging my house will i get charged for firing at them?

If they are not posing an imminent physical threat to you or anyone else you cannot harm them. If you do you can be charged with assault and possibly even sued. What you can do is call the police or video tape them and give a copy of the video to the police.
