How can i tell if my belly button ring is healing?

i;ve had my belly button pierced for a little longer than 2 weeks now and the redness has gone down nearly completely and the skin at both ends of the piercing are starting to harden a bit and the skin kind of "shed" a couple days ago and it doesnt hurt what so ever, and the ring can move around a little on its own. i was wondering if this means its healing?

I've had my navel ring for almost a month and it's doing worse than yours is, so I'd venture a guess that yours is healing nicely!

I would still continue cleaning it with the appropriate soap, though, and refrain from changing the jewelry for 5 months of so.
