Ginsberg.
Clarence Thomas should resign for hearing cases in which he has a personal stake and not recusing himself as every other Federal Court Judge would be forced to do. Unfortunately, our system allows Supreme Court justices to operate on the honor system when deciding if they should recuse themselves form a case. If he heard some of the cases he does as a District Court judge the case would be overturned because of his possible bias, but Thomas refused to recuse himself even when he will financially benefit from the decision being made! He is a disgrace and should resign.

Having read some material written by both (and other Supreme Court justices) it's my opinion that Ginsberg is the intellectual center of liberal justice, just as her dear friend Scalia is the intellectual center of conservative justice. That is; living constitution vs. strict constitutionalism. This isn't to say that Clarence Thomas isn't intelligent, and isn't a good Supreme Court Justice... Just that you're comparing, for me anyway, apples and oranges. Ginsberg and Scalia are the intellectual giants of the current court. (with younger justices Roberts and Kagan waiting to take over the reigns of intellectualism from the old guard)

Easy...Thomas. Actually you could say better Supreme Court Justice, Ginsburg, or ANY other one that has ever served, and I would not go with Ginsburg. As O'Reilly says...she doesn't give a rip about the Constitution, she legislates her ideals from the bench.

Clarence Thomas is a conservative, automatically making him better to judge based upon the constitution, not what they think the constitution should be, like Ginsburg.
