My Aunt was going to cosign my car but was told we'd get a better rate if she was the sole signer. Now, 2 yrs later of my using the car and paying every month, she wont sign over the title of the car to me. Can I sue her if I have proof of every check that I went in and paid for the car??? Please help?

If you haven't finished PAYING FOR THE CAR, THE BANK HAS THE TITLE and your aunt is tormenting you for some reason. How long is the loan for? I'd try negotiating with her, and tell her that her good credit was on the line, because unless she agreed to something in writing, and had it notarized, about you paying for the car, and her signing it over to you...then I would not be paying another nickel.
That may be harsh, but you might have to play hard-ball with her...and that is a real shame. Family should NEVER treat each other that way!

Yes, you can sue her. Especially if you have proof of all of your payments and insurance payments. I would start with small claims, as what you want isn't necessarily money, but just the pink slip to the car that is yours in all but name.
If you call the small claims department of your county court, you can ask if there is a small claims help or advice center.

Yes you can she can either pay you for the car or give you the car. It's a legit civil suit you can get the documents online and pay a fee to have your case heard by a judge.if she doesn't show well you'll make out with a judgement that she'll have no say over

What reason did she give for not wanting to sign it over to you legally? How old are you? Would the insurance rates go up substantially for some reason? Do you have a poor driving record? We need more info.

Your aunt? That's not cool but she didn't do much good, eh? You CAN sue her if you have all your proof, but its up to you to decide if you want to.
