If I re-run my jailbreak, will it delete all of my data?

I have an iPod touch (4th generation).
I used the redsn0w 4.3.1 jailbreak on it. Apparently, I forgot to enable "Battery Percentage" when I jailbroke it. If I re-run redsn0w (rc12), will it delete my apps such as Cydia, Installous, and my games?

No, it will not delete all your data. Try using the latest version redsn0w rc15 to re-run the jailbreak. Just deselect cydia so there would not be any problems with the cydia already installed.
