Is China ready to accept scientific inquiry and honestly examine its own faults and change them?

A high rate of academic fraud exists in China. Many people still prefer to believe 'traditional' methods and ghosts and false promises that don't work. When people speak out against liars, they get beaten. What will this mean when China wants to try to develop a REALISTIC scientific industry and method of running their society and not a scam based religion and fear based society?

I live in China and here its appauling their treatment of others they have no respect, and they must of never heard of the term human rights. I really want to leave hate it! Im here in Shao Yang City in the Hunan Province in China

China. Hmm. Lets look at them as another household as opposed to another country. Should I knock on my neighbors door and say hey buddy you really should be doing XY or Z? I could, but not really. Its none of my business. As a country we like to police up other countries, but I don't know if that is such a good idea. The world is a big place. In cases of ethnic cleansing, yes. Other issues, I am not so sure about. I am a Christian and hate that other Christians are being persecuted, but, at this point I don't feel it is any of our business. We would have to go into a lot of countries and do the same. If we are to do that, lets start with a smaller country, say Cuba. China is a bad mofo and we are making it stronger everyday. I don't think we should mess with China, yet.
