take off my drawers i,ll be awake during procedure its a 30 minute surgery can the dr make me go commando i have a fear of Dr's and nudity because a dr made me strip naked in front of him and my parents does anyone understand how i feel

Yeah, nudity is required for surgery for creation of a sterile field.  You'll probably be given propofol for the procedure, that white stuff that Michael Jackson died from.  I had some administered to me for a colonoscopy, and I was OUT for just over an hour.  I guess that's why they call it "milk of amnesia."  If that won't do it for you, ask for some Ativan before the procedure to calm you down.
