I can tell you to stop with the porn and masturbation but really this isn't in the Bible. @Frogma - oooh - I didn´t know you could get orgasms from sleep paralysis. I get sleep paralysis and I just seem to leave my body and walk around and try to walk through doors and mirrors (I think I actually managed to walk through a closed door once).
