Why is my wireless not working, but the wired is?

Yeah... at random times of the day it seems, the Internet will just shut down completely... the wireless, that is. No pattern to it, it'll just cease to work.

YET every computer that is on wireless will continue to show a full signal bar, and an option to connect to it... it doesn't go anywhere though.

The computer that is the source (and wired) will continue to work just fine though.

Everything is hooked up right, so I don't know what else it would be; plus the wireless has a passcode on it.

Wireless model is a Linksys E1000, provider is Bright House (Time Warner.)

Have then send you another router....they can also test it with you over the phone.....More than likely it took a crap......they should send another free of charge. thats why sometimes its a good idea to lease one, instead of buying

check all the lights on the lynksys to see if it has a network connection. you may need to configure it
