Malcolm.... You are so good!! I went through all the semi-contemporary composers, but I finally gave up.. Thank you very very much. I found several versions on youtube. One in particular is by the Philharmonic Orchestra of South Bohemia. I'm not an expert in conducting styles, but it sounds quite similar... http://youtu.be/Rbiu5sGxHIY.
