I don't think so. But there is no Right/Wrong answer to that question because some people will view it as their responsibility anyways.

Frankly everyone has the freedom to follow whatever religion they please, so long as they are not endangering themselves or someone else with it.

You should persuade someone if they are on the fence and they come up to you willingly asking for your opinion

Atheists say stop preaching yet they are doing as well. Only cause they aren't reading from a "Bible" doesn't mean they aren't preaching..
