I download and play some free online games like Crossfire or M.U, but someone told me even though they're free but my internet monthly fee will increase a lot, is that true? if so how could those game company call it free???

No. Your internet fee doesn't go up by doing different things such as downloading, etc. It should stay at the same monthly rate.
