How can I convince my mum to get a certain internet provider?

Mum is getting some internet soon, but I want her to get the certain one which is Virgin Media, because it can download a 5GB Movie in 7 minutes, and a whole album in 5 seconds, and seeing as I download hundreds of stuff, I need this. At the moment it would take about a week to download a 5GB Movie, it is supported where I am and it only costs £35-£45

Is there any way to convince her it is good and perfect?

I would suggest you offer to pay for part of the monthly fee.  It may not sound expensive to you but she has lots of other things to pay for.  Perhaps you need to get a part-time job to help.

Also, she probably doesn't want you on the computer all the time.  Offer to limit your use.  Offer to do your homework without being asked.  Offer to get better grades in school (and do it.)
