I'm looking for some good games with an offline bots mode. Not really interested in Black Ops, though. I know "World At War" has a mode where you can do this. I'm playing on a 360, so any help is very much appreciated.

Im guessing that you want a Horde/Nazi Zombies/Survival mode and if so
Halo Reach offers firefight
4 players online, 2 player per console max, you can play by yourself
Survive waves of enemies however you want with multiple customization options
Red Dead Redemption Undead NIghtmare add on (can be purchased on its own disk)
4 Players online, 1 per console max, must be played online, add on comes with a single player campaign
offers timed Zombie killing in swarms get the coffins to extend time
Left 4 Dead 2 has a survival mode
4 player online, 2 per console max, Can be played by yourself
Zombies rush in as you deal with very cool special infected
My personal favorite is Monday Night Combat
it is an Xbox Live Arcade Game
4 player online, 2 per console max, can be played by yourself
that features killing literaly waves of bots that try to take down your money ball in a tower defense style third person shooter check it out
Note: Listed games I know that come with the feature in the box there are more that have it as dlc
Note: red dead undead nightmare can be bought as its own game at a store. in its disk form it can be played without red dead redemption

Theyre called Single Player games!

DOTA or warcraft III you can also play with bots but it is also hard to master this game in the other side we can also play it online!!!!
