Everytime I step on my gas pedal in my 94' 4Runner it makes a deep hollow sound like an air plane propellor?

I thought it was my tires that needed more air but i pumped them up and its still there. It goes away when I take my foot off the gas. It happens at any speed Im going. Any idea what this sound means?

+1 on the muffler, check for exhaust leaks out any seals or holes from the manifold to the tailpipes as well. Worse case scenario is your knock sensor is out, unlikely as long as the noise is from your chassis area.
