How long do you think this tatt will take?

Just getting it exactly like that.. no shading/colours anything atm.
It's going to be about the size of a standard novel.
Getting this done this afternoon... forgot to ask the guy how long it would take 'doh!' Not that it really matters.. just wondering approximately how long.
