I have a 50 gallon hex tank. I bought a cascade filter but the suction tube doesn't even reach halfway due to the tanks height. Wondering if they sell extensions for the filters so I can get it to reach more to the bottom or even center of the tank. Any suggestions would help....thanks

Sometimes you can go to a manufacturer and get that kind of thing, stores just don't carry stuff like that anymore. Or you figure out something yourself from pvc pipe or some other tubing or old filter parts, or you don't worry about it, halfway is ok. If it's a big enough filter you'll have enough turbulence all over the tank. If it's not then the addition of an air pump or a power head with a sponge filter over it's intake, will move the water around more.

Usually you can go by the tube size.
