I've been trying to get rid of Alot.com toolbar but I'm having a problem How do you get rid of it?

I've gone through all the instructions but my problem is I don't see Alot toolbar on my add/remove program. If it's not there where else do I look?

For Mozilla Firefox:
go addons, uninstall it

Sorry i don't know how to do it in other browsers
