First of all be aware there are two cities called Frankfurt 1) Frankfurt am Main in the state of Hessen 2) Frankfurt an der Oder in the state of Brandenburg.
Also the other city is called Weimar if you do not use correct spellings the website of bahn de will not give you correct results.
That said there are several ways to chose from either take the train, rent a car, or the Mitfahrzentrale ( people driving by car take passengers for a small fee.
