Cold anyone translate this Spanish to English?

I think it's really hard to understand, because there's a fair bit of slang compared to what i'm used to..

And also there are many traditions in Spain..about kings,Christmas and new year.another tradition that is very strange is about the red underwear,which is for men and women and they have to wear it exactly when its 12 o'clock.they have to wear a red underwear.and I don't know where that tradition comes from..
