I have the Biology: Living Environment regents exam tomorrow, and I don't think I'm ready. I'm an idiot to leave it to the last minute; I've been studying all week but I'm having a hard time understanding everything. Any study advice? and yes, i'm getting off the computer very soon :) thanks!

There is no curve. It will not be harder. The Global regents has and always will be easy. If you've taken the class, gone to the class, paid a little attention and studied a little; you should be fine.
