Will I be D.Q at the MEPS? (Marine Corps)?

Question

so the thing is my eye doctor said that he think I may have glaucoma, he just think so, and suggest me to go to a specialist to make sure. But I know that glaucoma is a D.Q, so I think that right now I have not be diagnosed with glaucoma (I'm just a glaucoma suspect), and so if they ask me about this at MEPS, I can say "No" right? 
What I concern is will they be able to find out that I have glaucoma when they do the eyes test there at the MEPS? and if they do find out, can I just ask for a waiver? because even if I do have glaucoma my it's not that serious because my vision is still good like a normal person and I know that glaucoma is not something that happen right away but develop slowly over time,  so I think if I made it to the Marines before thing goes serious (before I get diagnosed with glaucoma officially), then I'll be fine.
Anyone who is a recruiter here? please help me

If you have not been officially diagnosed with an illness/medical condition, and it does not currently effect your ability to perform, then you can legitimately say you do not have any medical problems.  However, if you do see an expert (which I would recommend you do) and they diagnose you with glaucoma, then yes you need to tell MEPS.  Remember that your health comes first, especially if a health issue has the potential to effect the lives of other service members.

Again, if they just say that there is a possibility that you will develop glaucoma in the future, that is not something you have to disclose.  However, if you are diagnosed with it now, then yes you need to tell MEPS.

Don't BS MEPS.  If you are permitted to join and you say nothing about the suspected glaucoma and they find it in the myrid of boot camp physicals, you will be packed up and sent home.

Go see a specialist.  If they tell you that you have no issues....then you can answer MEPS honestly that you have no physical issues.
