That would depend on a couple of things. What is your current firmware and base band? Do you have the box, cradle, papers, cables, earbuds? How bad are the scratches? The reason these are important points is because of the likelihood of a new owner wanting to jailbreak and/or unlock the unit. Please let me know, and I will give you a price given the current marketability.

why so cheap???? Consider this, you are competing again ATT with a NEW Iphone 3GS 8GB model... Convince me and other buyers why I should pay more for your USED white Iphone 3GS that has only 8GB more storage... and i hate white!

a new 3GS is only $50 from AT&T, so i doubt you will get too much for it.
