WHY do some say Science has not proven the HUMAN SOUL EXISTS?
Science proved long ago that the human soul exists and does so for ever! Science has proven that man cannot create energy or destroy energy, but can only displace it, move it from one source to another, And science proved long ago that mans body operates on energy/electrical impulses! When you want a drink of water or food, your mind thinks it, then you say "i" will reach for that food your energy/electrical power reaches for the drink! 
When we die/pass, that energy/electrical light never dies, {{and our spirit/character is literally that energy}} is why in John 1st Chapter it states that God is Light and His Light is the Light of Men/soul of Men! Sorry Elijah, but while I respect your beliefs I don't happen to agree with them, and nothing you've stated above shows any scientific evidence for your beliefs at all. Yes, one point of view is that the 'I' within us is the manifestation of a divine spark (the so-called 21 grams) and that the body is a mere vehicle, and the energy of that spark which animates us in life returns to the divine, however you conceive of divinity, while others suggest that self-consciousness is simply an aspect of our evolutionary process and an inevitable consequence of the development of humanity as a species of individuals.

Personally I have a belief in the divine in some sense, and accept that I am part of something greater than my own simple consciousness, indeed for me the universe wouldn't make sense any other way, but I do not subscribe to the Judaeo-Christian tradition and never will (but we won't go there right now!). Science and Religion have never sat well together as they seek to understand life, the universe and everything from opposite directions. Science, being objective, logical, rational and dependent on experiment and tangible evidence, will never get to grips with Faith or Belief which by their very nature are subjective and personal experiences.
 
Both have their place, and as someone said they are like the shoes on your feet, you can go alot further with both than with just one, but the reasoning you have outlined has nothing to do with science and everything to do with belief. Facts, data, information are just that, information, and it depends entirely on how a person chooses to interpret that information and that depends totally on what they believe. So I guess you're either preaching to the converted here or just wasting 'energy' on the sceptics who won't believe you whatever you say.

real science and pseudo science are two different things.
real science says dinosaurs were on earth millions of years before humans.
pseudo science says they were here at the same time.
biology  [a branch of real science] says that the human brain works on bio-electrical chemical reactions. when these bio-chemical reaction stop, the person knows nothing and is ready for the grave.
considering the advancements that have been made in science since the bronze age, I will have to take real science over pseudo science.

If energy can't be created or destroyed, then what makes you think the energy that is "our soul" can go to heaven or hell? Surely if either exists in this world, then we should be able to find it.
