What design of Double French Horn would you buy?

There is the Geyer layout* and the Kruspe wrap. If you were buying a new horn for yourself which would you prefer and why?

*Geyer has the double change valve below the other 3.

I think my choice would end up being a Geyer. Although that may just be because the models that feel right to me all happen to be Geyer models. I was just at IHS 43 and if I were to buy a new horn it would be either a Dieter Otto 180K or Medlin. Both were high quality instruments that played very well and had a nice sound. Admittedly both are custom hand made instruments, but then again there are not many small makers do you see with Kruspe wraps. I also must admit that I prefer a more compact and perky sound to the Conn8D wash of sound more typical of large bell Kruspe wrap horns.

I've had an Alexander 103 F/Bb since I was 12 years old, and I wouldn't swap it for anything else. I prefer the 4th valve exactly where it should be - right next to my left thumb.- above the main 3 valves.

Sorry, there are none made. an entire double horn is extremely complicated and plastic only isn't the fabric to pass with. you have gotten the potential to discover plastic marching gadgets interior the destiny, yet not yet.
