how do i allow a browser (chrome) to be use by a another user (standard user) in windows 7 ultimate, in his account appears as like the chrome browser (google) is not installed in his account. How do i set his account so he can access it too.?

It should have been installed for "all users"

To set it as the default browser for other users, click on the windows (start) button, and select "default programs" from the menu. From there click "set your default programs" and plod your way through setting the browser.
