The defense has no obligation to prove the defendant's innocence nor disprove prosecution's theory. Do I believe it, no? But because he proposed the situation but was not able to prove does not mean that Casey is guilty.

Attorney Baez didn't say she drowned in the pool as fact but presented it as an alternative possibility thus leaving the jury with a "reasonable doubt."
This was no different than the prosecutions theory that Casey killed her daughter based upon the "it's a common sense reason" without producing hard fact and evidence!

Well, DoubleL. How do you know? Were you there? I mean nobody knows the actual answer. This case is full of logical fallacies. The bottom line is: If she is truly guilty, then obviously the systems has failed. But it is their own fault because they decided to go with this case with nothing but word of mouth. Word of mouth will not get it done. People lie, therefore; word of mouth isn't enough. You have to have evidence.
