How can i lose 10 pounds in a month?
I am a teenager, 4"8 (short i know) and weigh 111. By the end of summer (August 23) I would like to lose 10 pounds. I've lost 2 so far. But, don't mention anything about salad. I hate salad ! & I dont eat any fruits? I am going to try fruit smoothies though..
I have been running 2 miles everyday.
Cutting down porportion size..
No soda.
No sweets except once a week
what else can i do to lose 10 pounds in a month? thanks!
