you could still get felony public endagerment or assault. unless the bill and essay were part of a plea bargin.
And yes, bribery is a felony as well.

yes, although it will work in your favour as trying to make amends, and showing remorse for what you have done, you will probley still be going to jail though, unless you get a good defence lawer,
